Call for Nominations: 2015-2016 Board & Committee Members

The MAFP Nominating Committee is now seeking candidates for the 2015-2016 MAFP Board of Directors and the MAFP Foundation Board of Trustees. These Boards are strengthened by diverse leadership among members, including residents and medical students. In addition, the Foundation also has a limited number of positions available for non-members who have a passion for improving the health of communities through Family Medicine but may not be a practicing physician.

Committees, which offer a means to network with other Family Physicians and achieve specific outcomes in an area of interest, are also in need of candidates willing to serve.

If you are interested in making a difference in your profession and advancing Primary Care with a Family Physician leading the health care team to achieve better health, greater access, improved quality and lower costs, consider applying for one of these rewarding opportunities.

• MAFP Board of Directors – Apply by February 20, 2015

• MAFP Foundation Board of Trustees – Apply by April 17, 2015

• All Committees – Apply by May 1, 2015
